Customer Service is horrendous... We booked a cruise on the Dawn with 7 families, and to ensure we're all together, we all got together and made our reservations by passing to the phone to the next family after one made they're reservations. We were all quoted prices for inside cabins or outside cabins based on # of people in a room. After we each gave credit cards for a deposit, we asked for a review of the balances for each room and they had all changed. We asked to speak to a supv, Alberto Monjo to resolve this. He was very sarcastic, rude and unprofessional and would not honor the prices quoted. Additionally, we are Latitude members, as this would be our 3rd cruise with NCL. He would not honor a discount. All parties swear they will never cruise with NCL based on this experience. Alberto Monjo would not pass us on to his supervisor claiming that he is the top person. Be very careful when dealing with NCL customer service. If this Alberto Monjo is any indication on the philopsophy of customer service at NCL- "if we've got the cash, then take a dash", it explains why his agents truly don't care and are useless.
