My Daughter decided for her health to have Gastric Bypass Surgery.Being a Nurse I was

leary.First,The Physican was rated one of the best in the country.I was impressed with

the amount of one on one he gave.Education from support personal was outstanding.

There was never any hesitation on any support person to answer questions.Each part

of the surgery,recovery and convalesant was discussed in detail.The day of the surgery

the family was allowed in the preop area and was encouraged to ask questions and be a

part of the care.

I was totally impressed with the staff,not only did I find them professional but willing to go

the extra to make sure that the family was at ease.Throughout the proceedure the Nurses

called us to give us updates.This was reassurring.Afterwards the Surgeon took time to sit and go over everything he did.He encouraged us to be a part of the first night care.I along with my grandchildren were allowed to spend the night in the private suite.We were made to feel

at home.I witnessed dedicated Nurses.They just didn't do their job,they enjoyed doing their job and it showed.They made an otherwise scary experience for the kids a pleasant and

informative transition.
I highly recommend Nortons for anyone who is concidering Gastric Surgery You will not
