For years, I have been taking Lil Critters children's gummy vitamins instead of regular vitamins formulated for adults.  Recently, a friend introduced me to a new adults gummy vitamin product manufactured by the same company.  I was so excited!  Now I don't have to take 8-10 kids vitamins a day just because I can't swallow regular vitamins, a.k.a. ginormous horse pills.

VitaFusion Multi Vites come in a 70-ct bottle (a 35 day supply) and are berry, lemon and orange flavored.  They actually taste pretty good!  Each serving (2 gummy vitamins) contains the following nutrients with only 15 calories...

• 50% of Vitamins A, C, and E and Niacin
• 100% of Vitamins D, B-6, and B-12, Folic Acid, and Pantothenic Acid
• 40 mcg Choline and 3 mg Inositol

In the same product line, VitaFusion also makes the following supplemental gummy vitamins: Defense E, Omega 3, Power C, CoQ10, Boost B, and Energy B12.  I have not tried any of these, I just know that they exist.
