Would never use this hospital again

ask lots of questions, Finicky about doctors, one who demands quality heath care

My husband had outpatient surgery here and we would never go back. Care was poor at best, hospital is small and they do not have facilities to properly care for many types of illnesses. I worked in the healthcare field in the DFW area for over 30 years and they do not have a good reputation. Billing is a mess. We had secondary insurance at the time and were due a refund because of overpayment we were forced to pay at admission. It took us 8 months to get it and only got it then because I threatened to go to hospital administration. Very bad experience overall.
