desire straight scoop, conscious of credentials, need staff to be kind, expect my doctors to be responsive, ask lots of questions, want the best health care possible, one who demands quality heath care, looking for the best care

The staff on the wards and in surgery are the best! I spent 7 days of which 3 were intensive care after emergency surgery and they treated me like I was home with a private nurse. Their kindness and exempliary care are none to surpass. This is my fourth serious surgery and 5th extensive hospital stay in as many hospitals but North Hills is the #1 in quality care in all aspects. My husband was in this hospital 7 yrs. ago and received the same quality care I did this yr.(2007) except it is exceptionally improved if at all possible. Would recommend to anyone
