North American Bear Co. Barnyard Bags —

Seven years ago I bought a Barnyard Bag Bunny purse by North American Bear Co. for my daughter for her second Easter. I don't EVEN want to tell you what I paid for this purse at a specialty shop but the good news is that she still has it and enjoys it. The great news is that I can tell you where to find them for a much more reasonable price.

The bunny purse is just one style of the many bags designed by North American Bear Co. It's soft and oh so cute. It has a zipper with a cottontail pull, plaid pink liner, plaid pink bow and pink plush handles. My little girl loved toddling around with her bunny bag at two and we even had her portrait made with it. Now she's nine years old and she's gallivanting around with her purse filled with the essentials like her mini-diary and pen and of course, lip gloss.

I can attest that this purse truly is machine washable. We've washed hers several times and it still looks new!

I am sure you can still find these bags and overpay for them in specialty shops but you can buy them on line at www.honkydoryonline.com. Purses like this one with zippers run $19.99 and they also have smaller goody bags for only $7.50 in many styles like ladybugs, butterflies, bunnies, Easter eggs with baby chicks and many more.
