My favorite Norman Rockwell paintings are (1) the one where the old lady and young boy were praying before meal and the 2 young punks were looking on, one with a cigarette dangling in his mouth. I would have taken the cigarette and crushed it if I was the old lady. Bad breath.
My other favorite Norman Rockwell painting is the one when the father farmer sent the young son off to college or to work away from the farm.

I went to a diner in Burlington, NJ, and the banquet room was named the Norman Rockwell Room with prints from his collection.
