The place for me!

I would consider myself a clothes horse. From high end to low end and everything in between I LOVE clothes. Nordstorms is a place for quality high end fashion and fragrances when I want to spend that extra attention on myself. Even with them being on the high end side you can still happen across a bargin or two(...or three depending on the season)and come out great without busting your purse. I needed an outfit for my daughter's wedding and had been to many stores before winding up at Nordstroms.  Their sales people were the best I have ever met.  I did not want a gown I wanted pants and a top.  They came up with pants that had flaps back and front that made it look like I was wearing a skirt.  The top they found was beaded and the black colors matched perfectly so that it looked like one piece.  I would recommend this store to everyone.  They also looked for sales items before going to regular priced… read full review »

Needs better customer service

I work retail, so I know all about customer service. I'm young, so I shop in the juniors section. The people who work there are extremely rude. They always approach all the girls around me asking if they are finding everything alright and if they need any help. When it comes to me, they walk right past like I don't even exist. Nordstrom has great brands to choose from.
