Pros

    best salespeople to help you, customer service is excellent, exchanges are free, $5.00 flat shipping fee, awesome designer beauty products, fast shipping

Cons
    Some items a bit a pricey

This is a great store! The prices are kind of high but it is worth it for the clothing.  I also love to buy purses and make-up here.
