Pros

    Best coffee in E Bar, Best food in Bistro, exchanges are free, acknowlegement and friendly

Cons
    customer service is nonexistent, disregard and avoidance

I wish Nordstrom would have better range of selections in merchandises.  The level of service which Nordstrom has been known for has changed.  I was disappointed to find myself walking around the store for almost 2 hours with just one sales associate who took the time to make eye contact with me but then she quickly walked away.  I was disappointed.
