Nordstrom Review

For being such an avid online shopper, I was surprised that I had overlooked Nordstroms.com for so long. It took a great Lancome promotion that was exclusive to Nordstrom to get me there. Now no one can pull me away.

The Site

Nordstroms.com sells clothing for the family, designer labels, accessories, some home and wedding goods, footwear, jewelry, and lost and lots of brand name beauty products.

The site is easy to navigate and their $5.00 flat shipping fee is great. No more guessing!

Navigation is easy and the photos are clear and large. Descriptions are fine.

The ordering process is simple and the customer service is out of this world.

My Experience

I wanted my free mega Lancome gift with purchase so off I went to Nordstroms.com. You can get there through www.Nordstrom.com as well. The "s" is optional.

I found the Lancome area but no mention of the gift with purchase. Long story short, I called customer service in the middle of the night and they were actually there and awake. And friendly.

I was assured I would get my gift and the man I spoke to even made doubly sure by having the gift sent next day air! My order would come the regular way but my gift would arrive in a day!

Did it? You bet it did. Just as promised. The order came only a day later.

Not only was that awesome service, they have a label in every box. You can send back anything for an exchange FREE. Returned items (for a refund) will be charged $5.00 for shipping or you can use your own shipping or take items back to the store.

In all this site is great. The service I received was leaps and bounds above most other online stores. The reps were friendly, accommodating, and honest.

I honestly didn't know what kind of experience I would have but I had such a positive one that I plan to shop there often.

Their clothing is somewhat high end but great looking, shoes are killer, and everything else is wonderful. The beauty section leaves me drooling (and spending).
