Pros

    easy to navigate, no time limit on returns, customer service is excellent, exchanges are free, $5.00 flat shipping fee, awesome designer beauty products

Cons
    Some items a bit a pricey

Nordstrom has great brands to choose from. Love their sales!!  Love the fact that they do not have a time limit to return items!  They carry accessories, like handbags and a variety of clothing, including skirts and dresses.  They carry a wide range of sizes, including petites and plus size as well.  The store is very neat and clean, products are placed and sorted well.
