My wife shops at Nordstrom several times a month, both online and their physical store. So we figured getting the Nordstrom Visa card was a great idea. I will not even apply for a store credit card unless it offers great rewards. The Nordstrom Visa credit card does just that! We earn two points for every dollar we spend. The best part is we can use this anywhere that Visa is excepted. However, my favorite about this card is, you receive an email at the end of each year that has a statement of all your purchases. They categorized your purchases, which helps out during the tax season, as it did for me this year when I couldn't find all my receipts! Customer Service Their customer service is one of the best I've dealt with where credit cards are concerned. Their representatives are always friendly, and very patient when I've had to call them about any issues with my card. For instance, my wife lost our card, and they sent us a new one right away, at no charge! There's not too many companies that do this for their customers. Available Rates Their rates are very fair, and like all credit cards, it's based on your credit rating. We usually pay our bill fast enough that we don't have to pay interest. There have been a few times, like at Christmas, that we carried a balance. However, the interest rate is pretty low so it didn't really hurt when compared to the great reward points they offer when making purchases with this Visa card.

I have had this card for several years now and have used for a variety of different occasions and seasons. I love that because I have the card I can get rewards and a head's up on sales and extra bargains when shopping at Nordstrom's. I have gotten some really good deals using this card. Customer Service I love Nordstrom's card customer service people. They are really helpful and understanding and always willing to go the extra mile to assist their customers. They never seem like they are in a hurry to get you off the phone. Available Rates The rates are pretty standard, no better, no worst than any other card. Initially they have a promotional rate of zero percent interest on purchased for 6 months. After that is over, it is zero percent interest on new purchases if paid in 90 days. So, it is somewhat worthwhile to have. I forgot to mention, you can negotiate that rate if you have been making regular payments, no late fees, etc.

I love to shop at Nordstrom and I also love earning rewards on my credit card so I decided to combine the two! This card is amazing. I get a bunch of points every time I shop at Nordstrom and other places with it. The best part about this card is that they give you gift coupons in return for your points. You can literally use them on anything in the store, online, or even at a Nordstrom Rack. This is by far my favorite credit card to use. The stores also offer double and triple point days which help rack up the rewards fast. Customer Service This card had great customer service and is always willing to help you out. Even when I forget my card at home and want to use it in store they work with the cashier to get the correct account number so I can earn my points! I honestly have no complaints about this credit card. Available Rates This credit card has reasonable rates compared to other cards on the market. I typically pay my credit card off in full to avoid all interest anyways though.

I shop at Nordstroms a lot so when they offered me a $25 gift card for opening a credit card I figured it would be like getting free money for shopping where I already shop. The credit card can be used anywhere they accept visa but you only get points for using it at Nordstrom. So when comparing this credit card to other cards that offer you points at many different stores for numerous different products the nordstrom card is not my top pick. The interest on the card is also higher then the other cards, so i have started limiting my use of my nordstrom card for only trips to Nordstrom. It often takes a few hundred points to earn gift cards but during Nordstrom sales they sometimes offer double or triple points which helps you to earn gift cards faster. One positive that I will say about the Nordstrom card is that anytime I have had a question or mischarge on my card the customer service reps are quick to fix it without any questions asked.

It involves cash back, alterations, parties, anniversary sale, triple point, double point days and always receive the best customer service. You can also use it to purchase items online and get rewarded for it. Ask any of the card holder members and let them tell you the awesome experiences they have had. Customer Service You will always be greeted with excellent customer service. They are always there to help and do whatever they can to help the customer.

I work in finance and call creditors daily for customers. Personally-this is by far the best credit card to have period. It is owned by Nordstrom bank, not someplace in another part of the world. Best customer service hands down. Typically anything negative like increasing interest rates, late fee changes, etc, is due to the new federal laws, nothing to do with Nordstrom. (I've heard people complain and it's like idiot just read your agreement, letter, or ask someone before getting all mad).  The Rewards are fabulous too-you get Nordstrom Notes much more quickly than with any other program. I usually buy gift cards at the store with mine so they never expire. This is my card of choice forever.

There are many great things about the Nordstrom Visa card.  One of them, of course, is the customer service you get with the card.  If there is an issue with business overcharging you, they will on occasion, call the business without you on the line, fix the problem and then call you back. If I loose my card, or should I say when I loose my card, they overnight a new one to me at no-cost. You get first notice on great sales at the store. If you find it difficult to keep track of your reciepts for taxes, with this card you don't have to.  They will email you an end-of-the-year statement with all of your purchases broken down my catagory, so if you travel  for business you go straight to the hotel section and find the bills related to travel.  If you want to track how much money you spent eating out, you just look at the dining section of the bill. It even shows you the percentages of your bill that fall into the different catagories.  It is amazingly helpful. I didn't even have to tell them my yearly income when I signed up.

I have had this credit card for quite some time now. They have always had an ok interest rate. 11 %. I received a letter a few months ago saying they were raising my interest to 21% for NO REASON. I have never been late, pay more than the monthly min. been with them years, etc. so I called them and told them I wanted to cancel because of this. They looked at my account and lowered my interest rate to 9% with only 1 phone call. The rewards are great with this card. Every $1000 spend you receive a $20 Nordstrom gift certificate. I save them all year and have a nice chunk for put towards X-mas gifts.
