This treadmill is easy to use.  The programs are varied with different skills and levels.  The inclide make it each level a little more challenging.  At time the fan comes in handy and always works.  I like the display very much, it is clear and large enough to read easily.  The treadmill, walking area can be adjusted to the type of cushion you like so not to put alot of pressure on the joints.  There are 12 levels for the inclide and 12 levels of speed.  Another good feature is that it you do go to fast and cannot keep up it would slow down and not just come of a sudden stop.  It has a...
