It is such a great product and so far I have received great and lasting results that seem to increase everytime and I dont see any end to it. The sound system is good for you personal I pd or mp 3 player. The construction is solid from the ground up. The fan system is very queit in the high work out mode. Would suggest this product over the average treadmill as this is the best overall calorie burnner that I have tryied. The color is a standard grey that would be the only change I would have made otherwise a great product. Solid steel tubing hard plastic no sharp edges. was not too hard to assemble but didi take about 2 hours to complete. I have gotten great results for the first 3 months and since December I have rode the machine about 3 to 4 times a month and have lost around 30 punds and was able to keep the weight off. I dont see a down side if you can contol your food intake this will work for young to old.
