The nordic track 1500c is a very nice treadmill. We shopped around for 2-3 months and noticed that the ones we used in the gym were all 60 inch tracks with atleast a 3 HP motor. Anything less than a 3 hp motor had a thin tread causing heavy vibration- in short - just was not stable enough for high speed... review »

I just recently purchased this treadmill and I do like it - but have always purchased the Proform. For the money - the Proform is by far the best buy. A GREAT MOTIVATOR OF EXERCISE

THIS EXERCISE EQUIPMENT IS ONE OF THE BEST, IF NOT THE BEST. THIS THREADMILL IS NOT ONLY SOLID BUT EASY TO OPERATE. EASY ON THE LEGS AS WELL AS THE EYES AS IT MATCHES ANY DECOR. NOT AN EYE SORE. great but expensive

Great equipment and easy to use, but think there are some out there that are just as good with a lower price tag. If you are willing to pay the price, than you are getting a great piece of equipment, but if you can't afford it, do some research and I'm sure you will find a great machine with similar features that will do just fine.

my mother owns one of these machines and i use it when i visit her. i love being able to raise the incline for a tough hike or run at full speed. its also got short workouts on it from 20 min to 60min. good for beginner and advanced. oh and it folds away when your done

Excellent treadmill

I feel that this treadmill is excellent. It works great for my legs and I have never had a single problem with it. I have been using it for quite some time and for at least one hour per day. I certainly recommend buying it. It is a little bit loud however.

Bought this from Costco and it didnt work right out of the box. Talked to NordicTrack customer service and they sent out a tech to try and fix it. They ordered a part and then came back two weeks later when it arrived and then said that the part they replaced was not faulty and it was another issue that the treadmill didnt work. VERY POOR customer service. Spent a month trying to get it replaced and finally got fed up. Lucking for me, it was purchased at Costco so i just wheeled it in without the box and they took it back no questions asked.

I'm not so sure yet. The treadmill broke the first time we used it. The customer service rep ordered the part she thought we needed and arranged for service. Two weeks later, the tech came out and diagnosed the problem as something different. He ordered the new part and I've been waiting for the part ever since. I bought the treadmill 1.5 months ago and haven't been able to use it properly since.

If it didn't weigh so much, we would have already returned it to the store.

I have had 2 treadmills. The nordic product is the best i have every owned. I feel Very safe on the treadmill. It is also very sturdy. All exercise equipment is large so you need to place it in another room or have space for it but you should already know that. I have had it for two years. I have not had any problems with it. I love this product and would buy it again. I highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

what a piece of junk

bought it from costco, carried it downstair.. almost broke my back.. treadmill bolt was not going in for the sidebarss. so ha to use a drill to open the hole up for the bolt... treadmill runs but does not incline...

will now beg friend to help carry it up and return it to costco.. what a piece of junk... and treadmill doctor rated it high... they must have had it dropped on their heads.. and if not... i wish i could drop it on their heads.

Fantastic treadmill for the house. Is gym quality - the 20x60 tread is so nice and allows larger people to be comfortable on the track - the narrower treads on a lot of the other treadmills allow for heel catches that can cause injury -that extra 4 inches of width makes a tremendous difference. The fact that the treadmill is on casters and can be raised up to save space is great - the 12 % inclinne is even better - all in all - a great purchase !!!

I, too, searched long and hard to find a treadmill that could hold up to a family of runners that excercise on a daily basis! This Nordic track treadmill fit the bill. The machine has a solid construction, commercial grade motor, 12 weightloss programs with automatic speed and incline adjustments! Working out has become more of a pleasure and less of chore! If you want a solid treadmill--this is what you are looking for!

This quiet treadmill has everything you are looking for. Whether it be weightloss or endurande training. The buttons are easy to use even while you are moving fast. I have had mine for sometime now and it's quiet and works great. IF you were to even consider getting a treadmill a nordik track is the way to go. They are high quality and dependable even if they are a bit more expensive they are worth every penny.

This is a great machine that always challenges me and keeps me interested. I didn't think running on a treadmill could be fun. I always look forward to jumping on and getting a great workout. It folds up nicely in cases where space is an issue. It is a treadmill that is very easy to use and is great for everyone in the family regardless of their athletic abilities. I cushions well to protect the knees.
