Great aerobics for little work.

    very nice, great cardio workout, MATCHES ALL DECORS, awesome, Easy to use, Folds up easily, Long track makes it smooth, Solid

Great machine! This machine was designed for perfection. Not only does it sculpt your body into the toned appearance that everybody wants, but you cant get a complete fitness workout at the same time. This is nothing compared to the old bulky machines that took up so much space and took alot to repair if broken. Designed for smoothness, outcome is tough!
