I am not much of a fan of any Nordic Track Tread mill. What is the point you run in one spot don't go anywear and you hurt your feet and lower back. For that you can run out side on a side walk or street whatever you have and do it for free. It is just to bulking and unless you have the room for it it just isn,t worth the hasle. It is also hard to operate to many buttons. I was not very fond of this machine even thow I my self would rather swim then run if I became a runner I would not use a tredmill it is better to do it out side even if you have small children you can make it a family thing and get them into excersizing.
