NordicTrack 1500c Treadmill —
my mother owns one of these machines and i use it when i visit her. i love being able to raise the incline for a tough hike or run at full speed. its also got short workouts on it from 20 min to 60min. good for beginner and advanced. oh and it folds away when your done
