This pan is essetial for any home baker, especially those who love angel food cake. This is the perfect pan to bake up all your homemade desserts. I first used this pan to make a traditional angel food cake and it worked perfectly. The strong material is durable and requires no greasing. I just mixed the batter, poured and baked. The cake baked up light, fluffy and moist. To let the cake cool, the pan has little feet which allow the cake to rest before serving. The pan has an easy removed base which allows the cake to pop out easy with no mess. I use this all the time. It makes up great angel food cake, and I love to fill my finished cakes with fruit or top with a whipped topping. This pan is perfect for yummy desserts and is a fool proof way to make your cakes look great.
