We were recommended to try Nordic Naturals products. We like to take Lutein and Zeaxanthin because it is essential to good eye health. I started taking lutein and zeaxanthin for my eyes over a year ago. Within a few months I noticed a difference is my eyes. The difference that I noticed was that my eyes seemed to be able to focus more quickly from near to far distances. Prior to taking it I was having more trouble with focusing from near to far. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it did have an affect on my eyes.
