This is a Colorado-based franchise chain. Choose Asian, Mediterranean, or American noodles, customize with a sauce, add meat, tofu, veggies (or not). It's cooked to order while you wait. Very reasonably priced -- excellent flavors. Dine in or take it to go. . . you'll be back!
