This is the worst phone we have purchased so far!

We just got this phone for my 15 year old daughter for Christmas.  Two and half months later, her screen went out!  We don't qualify for an upgrade for two years, so unless we pay $200, she's going to have to live with this screwed up phone.  This is the third Nokia phone that we have had problems with.  We are abandoning Nokia until they improve their products.  From now on we will look to other manufacturers for our cell phone needs!
