There are things about this phone that I really love. Probably the most important thing is the fact that I can get reception almost anywhere, I also really love the radio/music player. The sound quality is great and I love the stereo earbuds. It takes great pictures as well and some of the graphics are cool.
I don't like the fact that I have to charge the phone so often. I tend to use it a lot and sometimes feel I need to carry an extra battery or a spare phone to avoid the loss of service. I also don't like the fact that it doesn't come with a travel charger since that makes keeping the phone charged up even more challenging.
Another issue I have is that the alarm doesn't ring loudly enough and if I rely on it to wake up I often don't hear it. I also wish I could listen to music without having to have the earpiece attached.
One cool feature though is that once the earpiece is attached, you can put the phone on speaker and share the music with the room. The sound quality is excellent and it is this feature that makes me love the phone more than I hate it. That was the deciding factor when I was choosing whether to keep the phone or send it back.
This phone picks up the background noises around you very well and sometimes to the point where the person on the other end complains. Still, I haven't decided if that is a bad feature or a plus. I guess it depends on who you are talking to and whether you truly want to continue the conversation.
The bottom line is despite any complaints I have, I love this phone way more than I hate it. They offered me the option of returning it, but I chose to keep it because overall it is a pretty good phone
