I don't like the phone, at all!

Every day computer user, computer literate, somewhat tech savvy

I hate everything about the phone., no memory expansion, phone frequently shuts off by itself

This is the worse phone I have ever had. I bought it at Verizon and the girl failed to tell me that it wasn't capable of certain features, which I was already paying for. I tried to trade up and they refused to let me because I didn't have the original box that it came in. The worse part of this phone is when I put it on silent for meetings, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It has a very unusual plug for the charger so you can never get a generic charger that fits. It also doesn't hold a charge very long. It sometimes shuts itself off.
