This phone is very cheaply made.

    loud speaker, expandable memory

Cons
    hard to remove battery cover, very fragile, very poor battery life

I thought i would love this phone!! Unfortunately it didn't really live up to what I thought it would. I don't expect a lot out of a phone, but the user interface isn't exactly user friendly. Everything is not organized very well and the titles of sections can be confusing. Never was able to upload any song onto it, they wouldn't work. Also, I dropped it from the couch onto  carpet once and the back  cracked and won't go on right.  Wanted a different phone about 2 weeks after I received it. Horrible Reception.
