I love my Nokia 5100. Let me rephrase that. I loved my Nokia 5100. Past tense.
I got it two years ago, and it's by far my favorite phone ever. I really was looking for an mp3 player that also made phone calls, and the sound and quality with the Nokia 5100 is fantastic. I was sold.
Then, about two years after I bought it, it exploded. The help, instant messaging, and calculator features deleted themselves. Yes, the help was one of the three to go. Lovely, right?
I called Nokia and the customer service was no help, so I had to say goodbye to my favorite phone, which progressively got worse. It started turning off randomly, inverting colors, freezing during text message typing. Oh, it was a mess. But, before all that happened, the phone was fantastic. I mean, it was so good, I'm seriously considering buying the upgraded version of the phone ... and taking my chances that it doesn't explode and delete its features too.
