Small, compact, and LACKING

expecting good, fair service, usually just making or receiving a call, not duct taped to my cell phone

I got a Nokia 2366i with my new contract. (Should have kept my old, reliable Samsung). I chose it for its compactness and the name brand was recommended. UGH!!!! I expected a better, more up-to-date phone. I can hardly hear the thing ringing for incoming calls, so I can't leave it in my purse and must have it in the same room with me. It does NOT have "Get It Now" capabilities, so I can't download anything...no ringtones that may be louder, no games, wallpapers, themes, nothing. This phone can take a beating, but its volume is lacking. On the loudest setting it has, I can't hear it go off in my purse.
