I used to shop regularly at NoMoreRack.com. The website used to be very easy to navigate, as they only had a few "special deals" each day. At one point they then revamped the entire website, making it more of a store than a site to find a few special deals on at a time. While they once offered just a handful of things at great prices, there are now hundreds upon hundreds of items offered daily, and most of it is junk and hard to navigate through. I placed an order one time around Christmas, of a play tent/castle for my daughter. It was a good price, but took weeks to arrive. So long I began to worry it wouldn't come in time for Christmas. Customer service is not helpful and I just had an overall bad experience. It did arrive in time, but the quality was terrible and the tent broke quickly after minimal use. I just feel that this website is now too cluttered and hard to find anything worth buying. The majority of the items that seem like a great "deal" are really just junk and not worth even the deal price. I tried it for awhile, but will not go back. I feel that you get what you pay for, and with NoMoreRack.com, I paid for junk that is now in the garbage.

I have made a few purchases on NoMoreRack and have loved the savings. They have a great selection and you can almost always count on being surprised by the brand names that you find there. I've ordered gifts there, and have had them shipped to the recipients which is always a big help. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't offer gift wrapping,or if they do I wasn't able to find it. The actual products are just as described. And even though they are cheaper than retail or full price, the products don't reflect that. Like I mentioned earlier, they don't just offer off brand products, actually the majority of what they offer is brand name stuff and I have ordered products from some well known brand names like Nike, Pillow Pets and Apple. They are a daily deal website, so deals only last a certain amount of time, and they only have a limited supply of each thing so sometimes you have to be quick if you wanna catch something before its gone. I love NoMoreRack, and see myself using them again and often in the future.

Overall, this site is great for finding deals. I was able to find good deals on some electronics, and my wife was able to find good boots at a great price. However, actually using and navigating the site is terrible. I give them high ratings for the products bought on the site, but low ratings for using the site itself. Ease of Use The site is divided into very general categories (men's, women's, electronics, etc) with no easy way to narrow it down. There are no category dividers in "men's" to sort through just shoes or just shirts. You need to look through every thing in the general category in order to find what you are looking for. The search bar is not much better. If you search something specific like "cowboy boots," you will get less results. But there is still no way to sort between real boots, jewelry with boots on them, and western decor. When I searched for "iPhones," it came up with a few phones interspersed between several pages of every iPhone accessory imaginable, and it had no way to narrow down to just phones. Product Selection They do have a good selection of products, once you can actually find what you are looking for. Product Pricing The deals can make the time spent navigating the site worthwhile. We have found deals on products 60-70% off the list price.

I have been using this website ever since they started. Back then, everyone who signed up got a free $10 credit. They have great deals, both on inexpensive items and on high-end products from famous designers or big companies, like Apple and Sony. To someone unfamiliar with the website it might look a bit shady because of the low prices, but you can rest assured. It is a safe, genuine website - BuySafe guaranteed and Google Trusted Store. Although I have never bought anything expensive from them, I never had any problem with the items and orders. Some items are your ordinary made-in-China products, but most of them are very good quality and at a lower price than retail stores. You will recognize many items that you've probably seen in other stores, but what brings them at the top is their low prices. Singer sewing machine for $89 (retail $199), Shark vacuum for $129 (retail $250) and many others. Take your time, they have lots of deals, many of them very tempting. I can easily spend $100 just browsing and picking all kinds of cool gadgets. In case you are wondering why their prices are so low, here's the reason: manufacturer closeouts, overrun & overstock and canceled orders. All this contribute to a low price.

I kept seeing advertisements on my social media site for nomorerack.com and on all of these they had awesome items for a super cheap price that you could not find anywhere else. This got me really excited about it and I decided to go ahead and look around. The website is very large and has such a huge variety of items, they have so many categories and they have anything that you could be looking for. Their prices are so great and low, it is hard to believe that they are selling things for as cheap as they are. That is how they get you in, they offer these items at an incredibly low price and get you to make a purchase, that is when the bad part starts. I had ordered items in the beginning of November, these were Christmas presents so I just did normal shipping as I wasn't too worried about them being there because it was still so long away. Three weeks later the items still had not even shipped, they were still processing, even though they had already taken my money a long time before. Customer service was such a joke and just kept passing me around from one person to the next. It ended up taking 6 weeks for my items to finally arrive and when they did I was really disappointed in the quality of the items, but I guess that just goes to show you that you get what you pay for.

NoMoreRack.com is one of my all time favorite hit or miss styled stores. I love it so much because they always have something I would want to buy. I dislike it because I don't always need it when they have it available. Also, they never really maintain a particular amount of stock of any single item, basically their product selection changes regularly. Never the less, they have undeniably good deals. I absolutely love their 12 tank top deals for one very small price. They really come in handy along with their leggings deals, they really come in handy because I love to exercise and the exercise gear can be so expensive.Also, my favorite thing about NoMoreRack.com has to be hands down the shipping charges. For just $2.00 an item I can get all of my items shipped directly to my door. They have the lowest shipping charges of almost every store I shop at online. They also have really great shipping practices as well. Their shipping times are very minimal and the orders are received within 7 to 9 days max, most times sooner. This is a really great site that has a whole lot going for it.The shipping, product selection and customer service are very good. It is, admittedly, a hit or miss site but, it's a really great one.

This website is the biggest scam I have ever encountered! I ordered a toy for my son, and I waited three months to get it. I had almost forgotten I ordered it because it had been so long. I called customer service, and they tried to tell me I never even placed an order. After fighting with customer service for weeks, they assured me that it had already been shipped. Two weeks later, it finally came, but it wasn't even what I ordered! It was a cheaper toy than what I had bought, and it looked like it had already been used. I tried to call customer service again, but the lady was no help. I ordered a coffee maker at the same time I order the toy, and I never received it. They also have a referral program where you can get points for referring your friends. You can use your points for products. I referred a few of my friends, but I never got the products I was awarded. Stay away from nomorerack.com!

I have ordered several items from nomorerack.com. Earrings, fleece lined leggings, and men's rings. The descriptions were true to what was ordered, and orders arrived in the time frame of the given dates or before. Shipping is only two dollars per item, sometimes they have a free shipping offer. I have never had a problem with an order.

I was introduced to nomorerack.com from one of my friends. When I first went on the site I was totally overwhelmed with how many items they had. There were at least 100 items to look through. It was unorganized and the site looked very cluttered. I found something that I wanted for my wife, it was normally around an $80 item and I got it for about $25. Shipping was SLOW to say the least. When I did receive it, it was in a regular brown envelope with no extra padding etc. The deals that I had found were on hundreds of dollar items marked to half off. If you really look at the quality of the products, they are not brand name and are cheap junk. I felt like customer service did not care about my complaints because it was only $25. That is a hard earned $25 I would have spent somewhere else for a better quality product. Overall, I was very disappointed in the quality of the product and the shipping. I would beware of purchasing items from this website, most of the items are cheap junk. I would definitely stay away from their electronic deals!

Please! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company! I ordered beats back in October. Got them late November, just shoved into one of those mailing envelopes. They we're beat up, scratched and didn't work. I emailed the company NUMEROUS times. Finally got a return ship #. Sent them back, along with copy of USPS receipt showing tracking and cost (this was emailed). Got a confirmation that they received my receipt copy and we're awaiting product. 9 days later they sent me an email stating my return auth # would be removed because I didn't send item back. Well according to tracking, they had gotten the item back 2 days prior! I then spent the next MONTH emailing trying to get my credit. Not only did I not have the item, but I was also out $150! I finally found a website with a phone number 1-855-847-7225. After being told I'd be credited, I waited a week and nothing happened. I called back, and the VERY rude CSR told me I would not be credited because I only had two months to return an item and I was approaching 3 months. I demanded to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for 17 minutes! Finally got the manager who assured me the credit would happen. Well, it did. They credited me the $6.85 for my return shipping, but still not the $139 for the returned item! So another day of being on the phone for hours and I finally got credited. They are SCAM artists who ship CRAP product. Don't waste your time or money on them!
