I love this brownie mix not just because it is healthy, but it is so easy to make. Each batch of delicious, fudgy brownies bakes up in just a few minutes and is fat free. Just mix the brownie mix with your favorite fat free yogurt and in minutes you will have delicious moist brownies. I used a plain yogurt the first time I baked these and was so surprised at how much chocolate flavor there was. These brownies taste like a decadent dessert, but they are good for you. I have also made these with vanilla fat free yogurt and they had a little more spice and a lot of flavor. These brownies taste amazing, it is hard to believe they are fat free. Each brownie has only about 60 calories, and the mix also comes in mint, raspberry and cappuccino flavors. It is hard to believe these are healthy brownies, so you can indulge without the guilt. Each box of mix sells for about $4 and comes out tasting moist and delicious.
