I like my soap but my face needs something more intense. I have been using Nivea for several years now. Once I got past the gritty feeling that it first has, I became very fond of it. My skin is also sensitive and it hasn't caused any problems whatsoever. I also use fish oil which seems to fuel the acne on my face and the Nivea deep cleanser definitely helps with that. It gives my face that fresh feeling. It seems to be best when I use it before i shave. I used to use it after I shaved and then I switched and it has made a world of difference. My face no longer gets that itchy burning feeling. Nivea deep cleanser not only helps deep clean my face, it has also made shaving a better experience. I have hated shaving since I started when I was thirteen and anything that lessens that burden is an added blessing. This is a great product for men! I would highly recommend it, it's worth the money!

I alternate between this face wash and Neutrogena. Both are great products and priced similar. I don't think one is better than the other, but switching things up is good. This face wash provides and excellent clean feeling after use. It has some micro beads that are supposed to exfoliate the skin. I do not know if they do, but it does feel extra clean compared to the Neutrogena that I use that lacks micro beads. The deep clean leaves the skin very fresh and leaves no trace of soapy residue. It does not lather up as well as the Neutrogena, but still is enough to get the job done. I think part of the lathering issue might be the micro beads.  I especially like to use this before I shave since it seems to loosen and raise the hairs on my face, making shaving much easier. The smell is very refreshing in a manly way and stays with you longer than average soap. This face wash is a great purchase for anyone looking to get a clean and refreshing wash during a shower

My husband uses this face wash every day.  He has very sensitive skin, so most soaps cause him a lot of irritation.  He began using Nivea Face Wash a couple of years ago and continues to use it to this day.  Prior to finding this product, he was always trying something new, trying to find something that would clean his face and not hurt his skin.  Since he started using this, he has really enjoyed it.  There have been a few times that I ran out of my face wash, and I tried his.  Even though it definitely has a "manly" scent (not that it stinks, but it smells like men's products), I liked it a lot!  I like the smell and feel of it.  Maybe it has menthol in it or something, but it was refreshing!  It is a lot more expensive than just using soap, but plain soap is too irritating for his face.  I am always watching for coupons or getting it on sale, though.  He (or we!) will continue to use this for years to come.

I've used Nivea's products for about 6-7 years now.  This daily face wash is perfect for my skin, leaving it nourished, but not oily-clean, but not dry.  I've since started using all of their products in my skin-care regimen.

I tend to be a person with dry skin in the winter, especially on my face. I've found this product works great to help clear that up. I also have oily skin in the summer, and this works on that too. It's the first face wash I've found that helps both problems without making the other one worse. It comes in a handy squeeze tube and it's so easy to use in the shower. It fits nicely in a shower caddy without taking up a lot of room, and it's easy to squeeze those last bits out of the bottom. The smell is pleasant and isn't overpowering or like medicine. It has a masculine, inoffensive scent that makes using the product an even better experience. Price wise I consider it a great deal, especially because other facial products for men just haven't worked for me. This one may cost a little more, but it works and so that makes the additional cost a no-brainer for me. It can be a little difficult to find, so that is my only drawback with this one. Not every store carries this. Even stores that have other Nivea products like lotion don't always have the Nivea For Men line.
