Nissan Versa - 2007 Review Summary

The 2007 Nissan Versa is one nice little sub-compact car according to Viewpoint reviewers. The Versa gets high marks from owners for a roomy interior, gas mileage and overall performance. One owner said that her fiancé, who is over 6’ tall has no problems with leg room inside the Nissan Versa 2007. Although not a big con, several reviewers did state that not having a pop the trunk button on the console was very annoying. If you are looking for a nice sub-compact car that gets excellent gas mileage, the Nissan Versa may be the car for you! Check out reviews on other Nissan’s while you are here.

I drive a 2007 Versa hatchback in silver.  My friends call my car Hiro from the t.v. show Hero.  I went from driving a mini-van to a SUV to my little versa.  the fuel efficiency is amazing!  The other big change for me was driving a compact car.  I can fit into the "way too small" stalls in southern California and  maneuver in the tight parking garage at my apartment complex.  This car may be small on the outside but the inside is so roomy.  My 6'3" fiance and his 6'5" father can sit comfortably with enough leg and head room in any of the seats front or… read full review »

I had been considering trading in my Cadillac because of the gas consumption.  My husband is a Nissan technician and he suggested I look at the Versa.  I wasn't sure how I would like going from a large, luxury car like my Cadillac to a small, compact car like the Versa.   My test drive removed any worries that I had.  I loved the Versa from the minute I sat in the driver's seat!  It is surprisingly roomy!  Lots of head and leg room.  Of course, I had to have the one with the 6 CD in dash, all electric everything, and it has the smart key!  We… read full review »

I am very please with the Versa.  I purchased it in summer and it delived the city mileage it claimed.  I was amazed at the back seat comfort and safety features. In a car this size, I want safety features.  My concern with the Versa was how it would handle winter driving.  Fantastic.  Winter braking great.  It doesn't have the tear speed from a stop light but once the Versa gets going she's peppy.  I  do not like the extra adapter situated between the seats,  for child safety reasons.  Cup holders … read full review »

I have been looking at the Versa for 2 years.  When we finally decided to buy it, we went on the internet searched for the car.  We went to the dealer and purchased the car that evening.  The Versa has been very comfortable, the gas mileage has been around 32 mpg.  It is really great with these high gas prices to roll away from the gas pump paying less than $40.  The trunk is roomy, we went on vacation and put 1 x-large suit case, 1 48 qt ice chest, three smaller suitcases, pillows, etc.  We are truly enjoying our… read full review »

I bought a Versa sedan this summer. I wanted a car I could pay cash for yet also get something new. I have owned my 2007 Versa sedan now for 3 months. I love it. It is comfortable, great on gas, and has options included that you would normally not see on an economy car. Nissan also includes a great warranty, and they are known to be reliable. — Before purchasing my Versa,I compared it to the Honda Fit, the Toyota Yaris, and the Hyundai Accent. All in all, the Versa had the best price, and the most room. It is definitely a great buy! —… read full review »

I purchased my Versa in August of 2007. I have loved it from the moment I test drove it. The fuel efficiency is great. It is small enough to assure a good gas miledge, but big enough to fit the kids in on the weekend. I travel 500 miles just for work in an average week and I am required to have dependable transportation, the Versa is that plus much more. I looked at lots of other brands and models of cars, and I am so glad I chose this one. The extras such as side airbags, and a DVD player are wonderful. … read full review »

I originally chose to lease the Versa based on price and gas mileage.  I figured my next lease might be the Altima (when I am making more money) but now I don't know I think I actually like the Versa better.  I have the sedan,I have driven the hatch back but I don't like it nearly as much.  The sedan offers a huge trunk and better rear visibility.  I have I-Key which I love as well.  The only downfall is the gas mileage is not as good as I had hopes (just over… read full review »

Me and my busabnd purchased our 07 Versa in August , and I have loved this car since the first time I drove it . I would not trade it for nothing . This car may look smaller from the outside but the inside is very roomy. Another good thing about this car is gas mileage and my husband drives 50 miles each way everyday so this was a big plus with this car. If you are in the market for a new car , you wont be diappointed if you buy this car.… read full review »

I love my Nissan Versa.  There really is a ton of room especially in the back seat.  I get great gas mileage and like that it has such low emissions.  The seats are very comfortable and have the extra bonus of being stain resistant.  The thing that I am most unhappy with is that cruis control does not come standard with both models. — … read full review »

Buy this car!  If you are angry at the price of gasoline today, it will only get worse.  This car will make it not so painful to pay for gas. I get 400 plus miles on a tank! It is roomy and comfortable and has a great big trunk.  I love this… read full review »
