Nissan Altima - 2007 Review Summary

The 2007 Nissan Altima has a lot to offer for a small to mid-size sedan. Owners love the push button start engine feature and great gas mileage the Nissan Altima gets in and out of town. The Nissan Altima 2007 model also offers perks of Bluetooth capability and MP3 port. One reviewer summed it up well with the statement, “gotta love this car!” A couple of quirks noted on the ’07 Nissan Altima are problems with the electric windows, lack of performance from the 2.5 lt engine in the Altima and the cloth on interior wears out quickly. Six months ago I purchased my second Nissan Altima and I am just as pleased with the current body style as well as I was the last. I bought both of my Altima's slightly used and I never once had a problem with either one. I would definitely recommend and will probably buy another one in a few years when the next body style comes out. They ride very smooth.  The current body style has the push button ignition, trunk, and door locks which is soooo handy.  I only have to get my keys out of my purse to get in my house.  And it also has a handy Aux port to plug up most mp3 players.

Just returned from a 8 hour roundtrip weekend trip so I really got to test out the car. It performed very well. It is comfortable inside, with plenty of room for driver and passenger. It was quiet and drove really well on the freeways, handling turns and accelerating quickly when needed. The interior has everything I need, including cup holders, cubbies for "stuff", and easy to use controls for radio, A/C, etc. I had to drive the last 2 hours in the dark in a rain storm and the car did well, the windshield wipers kept up and the windshield was clear and easy to see out of.

 The MP3 port is...

This is my 2nd Nissan Altima.  My first was a 2005, but I love this car more.  i can tell the difference when I go back to the 2005, which my daughter is now drving.  It doesn't fell like your moving.  I caught myself doing 80 & it felt like 65.  Good gas miileage, roomy & comfortable.  Steering wheel has get grip & doesn't get hot in the summer.  Get feature in the push button start & when it's warm you can put the windows down with the remote.  I forget if I have my keys sometimes.  Hope you enjoy this car as much as I do.

I first became a fan of Nissan in 1997 when I needed a car that was trouble free and economical to drive. I researched and knew I wanted a Toyota or a Nissan and although I liked the Toyota models better, at the time the Nissan's were less expensive and came with a better warranty.
I purchased a Sentra and although it was not cute or sexy it served me well until I lost it in an auto accident and everyone at the scene was surprise that I walked away. The next vehicle was a 2001 Altima it looked better than the Sentra though still not sexy, however, it had all the other attributes...

I really like my 2007 Altima. I have had a few minor problems but the dealer has been great  about getting me in and out quickly. The CVT takes awhile to get used too and sometimes the high rev still bothers me but the more I drive it, the less I notice it. I don't think the fabric on the center console or the door arm rest is going to last, but thats just my opinion. I also wish that I would not have let the salesman talk me into the 2.5L instead of the 3.5L. Yes, I do get a little better mileage, but not enough to make we want to sacrifice the power. All in all, I love my car and the style....

You don't even realize that you want a pushbutton start car until you have had it for a few months. Then you borrow a car, realize that you have to put a key in the ignition (after you find the key in your pockets, purse, etc), and realize that it's really a pain.  Then while driving down the road, your phone rings (through your stereo) and you can pick up the call with the button on your steering wheel.

This is the BEST car I have ever owned, and I have owned many.

Kudos to Nissan.

I recently purchased a 2007 Nissan Altima and i love it. The 4-cylinder engine has PLENTY of power and GREAT gas mileage. I have the stock model and it still has TONS of features that most other car brands dont offer below the loaded model. It has a push-button ignition, cruise control, CD Player with a GREAT 8-speaker system. It costs me about $60 to fill up the tank and it lasts me atleast a week. And i have a 45 minute round-trip to work everyday. I would definitely recommend the car.

This car is amazing. I would recommend this car to everyone that is looking to buy a new car.  i always wanted to have a  car of my own and after looking at cars after cars, I finally found the one that I loved.  This car is amazing and can do almost anything that you want it to do.  It is an outstanding car and you will get your moneys worth.  The two door coupe is excellent for the drivers that love the rush of going fast.

I have never been crazy about the Nissan Altima until the 2007 model  came out.  This new body style is sleek and stylish.  It drives smoothly and quietly.  It has plenty of  back seat and trunk space (I have a 2 year old and still have plenty of room despite the stroller, car seat, diaper bag, toys, etc.)  I drive 40-50 miles per day to work and the gas mileage is great.  I couldn't ask for a better car.

I love many things about my Altima.  It looks great, like a much more expensive car.  The acceleration is great.  However, the front seat is very uncomfortable, with a very strange pedal position where the brake pedal seems to be to far up.  The CVT transmission also takes some getting used to.  Very roomy, though.  Great for kids in the backseat.  Large trunk.

I absolutely love this car! It's very compatible with my needs. I love how I can press a button instead of searching for my keys in my purse. I love the MP3 capability on this car, fits well with my IPOD. The car feels like a stretch, but I've been used to smaller cars. Very smooth ride and very safe. Highly recommended.

I just rented a 2007 Nissan Altima for a couple of days.  It is a very nice looking car and fun to drive.  Plenty of room for the family and dog.  It has a very roomy trunk.  The aux port for an MP3 player is a nice touch.  I wish I could keep it a few more days.

This is a really nice looking car.  The transmission is an adjustment, because you can't hear it gearing up and down but it is a really smooth ride.  I have a V-6 and the gas mileage is surprisingly great.  All in all, I am happy with my purchase.
