Nip/Tuck Review Summary
Nip/Tuck is "sexy, naughty, provocative, and always pushing the envelope" in this series about two very different plastic surgeons working in a partnership in Miami, which seems at times like a fictional version of Dr. 90210. While the show has "lots of eye candy for guys and gals," it also has "lots of blood and uncomfortable situations" and a thought-provoking plot. "This show is a turn-on," explains one viewer, noting when she's feeling naughty, she watches Nip/Tuck. There never seems to be a dull moment in this doctors' office, as everyone moves too fast, including the recently-added weekly guest stars. Moms note that their children know "when it turns 9 o'clock on Tuesdays, ... it's Mom's time, and they have to leave the room." Fans guarantee that you will squirm, but they won't guarantee whether it will be from the surgery scenes or the hot guys. Nip/Tuck is "the best guilty pleasure." Now that the doctors are in L.A. instead of Miami, if you still want some South Florida action, give CSI: Miami a try.

Want to spice up your week?
Nip Tuck is loaded with sexy scenes & people, but comes with caveat: you'll be squirming as much as you'll be panting. The show has LOTS of eye candy for guys AND gals.....but also lots of blood and uncomfortable situations. This is not a show that just relies on gratuitous sex. The plot is guaranteed to be thought-provoking. The characters are deeply flawed (and believable). The mistakes they make get them in a peck of real-life trouble: sexual, legal, physical, mental, marital, financial, etc. You'll be squirming by the situations that are...

When I'm feeling naughty, I watch Nip/Tuck on F/X. This show is about two plastic surgeons Christian Troy and Sean McNamara played by Julian McMahon and Dylan Walsh and their adventures which mainly consist of sex. The show was set in Miami where the two men ran a plastic surgery practice, but now they work in Los Angeles. I thought the show might jump the shark like Laverne and Shirley did when they moved from Milwaukee to Los Angeles. What helps Nip/Tuck though is L.A. has more need for plastic surgery than any other city on the planet with aspiring actors and actresses who try to fit certain...

I never got into E.R. so I assumed that I wouldn't like Nip/ Tuck. I was ssooooo wrong. I was instantly addicted. If you don't mind a little gore, and can handle the sex sceans and language....this is a show for you. Just make sure that the children are in bed!

I work evenings and honestly have my schedule arranged so I'm off Tuesday nights to watch this show. I don't know why, I'm not much of a tv watcher but I'm addicted!
I couldn't stand it when they took it off the air. I could watch this show forever!
I do have children at home and i would never let them watch it it's a little to much for them i think but when it turns 9 o'clock on Tuesdays they know it's moms time and they have to leave the room.
I've not missed an episode ever and don't plan to. I would call in sick b4 I would do that.

When I first started watching, I never thought that I could get into such a strange show. The plot was regularly outlandish and it seemed that things were done for sheer shock value. Little did I know that the outlandish plot and the larger-than-life characters were EXACTLY what would bring me back next week.
It's true that there's a lot of things on the show that make me squirm -- and the surgery scenes do, at times, make me avery my eyes -- but there's just as much that makes me smile or laugh. The boys, Christian and Sean, are both hot, but, more than that, they have real personalities.... review »
Nip Tuck is so outrageous, I love it. The writer is incredible and his cast supports the plot greatly.
I am never offended by the nudity, lifestyles, language or plots. This show couldn't get better, it just needs to have a longer season in my opinion!
