This is a mind-blasting show that usually leaves you with your jaw hanging open and saying how can they do that. This show features two plastic surgeons who moved to Hollywood from Miami. One Surgeon Christian Troy is the sex crazied guy who must have sex with all the females leads them on and then drops them at thier most vulnerable moment. Sean Macnmeara you think is the nice guy but honestly turns out to be the same. He's having a fling with a coworker on the hit reality show. Theres many more characters with different storylines and they are always making you want more. This is not a show for minors since there is lots of nudity, vulgar language, and surgeries being performed.
