If somehow you got your Nintendo Wii without the original pack in game: Wii Sports here is a review just to see if it even worth your time. If you don't know the deal Wii Sports is a collection of Baseball, Bowling, Boxing, Golf, and Tennis all in one grand disc here. What makes the games so different from anything you ever played before in older consoles is that you would hold the Wii-mote like the in real life sport to help you understand what this system can do. Sure, the games are not as complex as some EA sports games out there but they do get ya off your butt. — — In the… read full review »

I can bowl in the comfort of my living room!!  Not that there's anything wrong with going to bowling alley in your pajama pants, but there eventually comes an age at which the embarassment about this takes over.  I haven't played any of the other games yet, but the bowling was incredibly easy to learn, even for someone who has never liked video games.  It is much more interactive than most games, so my gamer partner and I can play together, and even fun for parties.  A friend of mine brought her Wii on vacation with us, and gour old friends stood around bowling for… read full review »

Wii Sports is really fun for a video games that doesn't let you be a complete couch potato.  I like how I can get inactive people to get moving while playing a video games! Some of the games are kind of unrealistic but overall, the game is awesome. —… read full review »

Hey, you may actually break a sweat playing this video game, but you need no athletic skill to play it!  My two sons and I have the most fun playing this video game together.  There are actually several seperate games in this one disc.  There's baseball, golf, and I think four others, although I'm drawing a blank on what they are.  Golf seems to be the biggest hit with my sons.  They have an Uncle that comes just to play this game with them!  — It sounds cliche, but this is the kind of thing that brings families together.  It's something that we can… read full review »

Wii Sports is a great game addition to the Wii Console package.  While I wished there was a Football game on it as well, there is a wonderful variety of sports to challenge you from one extreme to the next.  Personally, I am addicted to the Tennis game.  Sitting at 1965 in points standing, I can spend hours fighting to get to the 2000 point plateau.  Golf can't really hold my interest well, but is fun none the less.  The same can sort of be said about Bowling.  While it is challenging to get a 300 game, once you find your swing and stance, the strikes are almost… read full review »

Wii Sports is included with the purchase of a Wii.  I am not a huge gaming fanatic or a sports fan, but the Wii is quite fun and the Wii Sports games are quite fun as well.  They also do a good job of showcasing the Wiimote's capabilities and several of the many ways they can be used to interact with the game system.  Here are my thoughts on the various Wii Sports games: —… read full review »

Wii Sports really showcases what the Wii system is all about!  Getting off the couch and really getting into your video game. — My favorite on the disc is bowling... I have this whole, position myself, walk towards the tv, release the ball, and hold the postition until the ball hits the pins ritual that works pretty well... I think my average is about 200.  (Real life bowling average is more like 80.) — Although the games are a bit of a challenge when you first begin, in no time at all, you pick it up... and its hilarious while you're just learning.  Unless, of… read full review »

Wii Sports is a fun collection of sports games --- Boxing, Tennis, Baseball, Bowling, and Golf. It's quite the challenge, but it's also a lot of fun at the same time! — My favorite game is probably tennis, but boxing and bowling are a lot of fun, too. Golf and baseball aren't my favorite (they aren't my favorite in real life, either), but I'm sure those games won't disappoint most avid sports fans! — The boxing game gives you quite the workout, espcially when you do a one player game against the computer's characters. I break a sweat within half an hour, and an hour of it really… read full review »

This was the first WII game we got, and it's still my favorite.  I have two kids, ages 3 & 5 when we got it.  They both picked up the games very quickly, and love to play.  My daughter bowls a 200 game almost everytime she plays.  It's a game that can get us all up and playing.  It's not a lot of activity, but it's better than just sitting on the couch with a controller in your hand.  It's been great for parties as well.  The only rule in our house is to use the wrist strap!  The controller has been thrown, luckily missing the TV.  My kids are also… read full review »

We bought this a s a family Christmas present. No one told me that the side effects were sore sides and face! I have NEVER laughed as hard as watching my husband and son duke it out on boxing. My four year old can play baseball better than any of us and bowling just rocks! I actually threw that ball backwards (lack of skill there) and the digital people behind me had jummped out of the way. The games got a bit old for us -mainly becuase we had other games to play - but keep it around because neighbors (who don't have devoted parents such as us to stand in line for them) will be over in a… read full review »

this game is good for those who are not really good in sports. they still can play it even with just slight moves. it makes people to stay at home and not going out to hang out with other friends.this will make people to not be friendly anymore and spend more time in their home. yes, wii can be played by multiple players but its just for 4 people in one time.i have tried it once and its just about how to control your body to play it. for example, if you play bowling, if you put the same angle and same style, you can get a better score to compare if you play  on the bowling lane. the… read full review »

I really do enjoy this product.  Not only am I really happy to see that a video game system comes with a game (which is not seen anymore) but it is an interactive game that more than one player can play.  I enjoy making the Mii characters and playing against friends, family, or the machine.  It is a great way to get exercise while still playing video games, and I can see myself get in shape every time I play every day. — I highly recommend this product to anyone who likes to have fun while being competitive. — A great buy!  Worth the money!  Oh and it is… read full review »

NINTENDO WII IS SO MUCH FUN. IT IS DEFINITELY A GREAT INDOOR WAY TO EXCERISE AND HAVE FUN AT THE SAME TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GAME TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. I ESPECIALLY LOVE THE CHARACTERS THAT YOU CAN CREATE FOR YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR FRIENDS. I LAUGHED OUT LOUD WHEN I SAW HOW CLOSELY MY CHARACTER RESEMBLED MY LOOKS. I ALSO LAUGHED AT THE FITNESS TEST-I AM NOT A SPORTS BUFF AT THESE PARTICULAR GAMES/SPORTS. YOUR SKILLS DETERMINE YOUR AGE AND IT IS FUNNY TO SEE HOW YOUNG OR OLD YOU CAN BE...JUST FOR FUN AND LAUGHS OF COURSE. TRY IT OUT FOR YOURSELF AND YOU WILL SEE JUST HOW FUN… read full review »
