    a party game, lots of varitey, Came with Wiimote

This is a great item my sons gets up off the couch to play it. He has lost some weight and is toning up his muscles using this game. My arms have felt alittle sore at times too. Great product. They don't even realize that this is helping burn the calories tone the muscles, and most of all lose the weight.  Getting in shape one game at a time...
