this game makes the perfect blend of old school platforming and new school rpg. great game. You go through challenging platforming levels, and along the way, gain levels. Rather than a traditional rpg battle system, you simply jump on your enemies, just like any old mario game played. Along the way you meet others who help you and give you special abilities. You get creatures called pixls that give you abilities such as shrinking, the ability to use a hammer, and many other abilities. It is well worth a buy, and is sure to please both hardcore and casual gamers. The learning curve is very quick...

All in all this was a decent game, though previous paper mario games were definately the highlight of the franchise. My major problem was that it was fairly easy to breeze thru this game. I wouldnt buy this game...Its more of a rent title

This game is surprisingly great. I did not expect much when I bought it but it seamlessly integrates a 3D feel into a 2D platformer. I played the Paper Mario game for the Gamecube and was satisfied and am currently playing the original on the Wii Virtual Console and found this game to be right in line with series. I thoroughly enjoyed it but the only downside for me is the length of the game. I beat the game in no time flat and now I am trying to find hidden things and things I missed, but I missed the storyline from the game not that I have beaten it.

Super Paper Mario was the first game I got for the Wii. I loved it! I could hardly put the game down to go to sleep or work! It kept me entertained for a long time! I really enjoyed how it took things from the original games and brought it up to speed. I think this game is something the family can enjoy and would definately recommend it to everyone! If you enjoed Mario on the nintendo you will love Super Paper Mario! I can't wait for more Mario games to come out!
