First things first! As you can tell from my screen name I am huge silent hill fan.  Silent hill is also a horror survival game much like resident evil.  They have competed with each other for awhile now and all I have to say is me oh my.  Resident evil 4 really brought innovation to the new survival horror.  Resident evil has always been known for there horrible camera angles and even worst controls.  In four they totally start from scratch changing the control sceem and fixing the dodgy camera angles. RE4 goes with a over the shoulder view apposed from being in 3rd person constantly that has been seen from Capcom previous Resident evil games. Which helps very much on aiming and trust you will have to aim.  Head shots are the most important thing to do. Ammo is scarce and you will have to reserve as much bullets as you can thought out the game.

Now about the game! The game starts you off in basely the middle of no where were you play the protagonist Leon Kennedy which if you have played past resident evil games you might know him, he also played in resident evil 2. First off the story; Ok capcom is not great at all with storyline but they attempt. You are sent to this town to investigate and found out where the presidents daughter is that turn up missing. Yeah little cliche but all well moving right along. Now about the graphics of the game. At the time they came out they were top notch. The environments and models looked amazing and being on the game cube (when it first came out) really helped.  This game is a few years old but still looks good despite the aging. Now for sound; Yeah the sound is creepy and very atmospheric. The sound of weapons to village people to zombies to dog to voice acting all fit right.  Now for gameplay. Gameplay in IMHO is the most important thing a game can have and I have to say that RE4 really hit the nail on the head.  The game is fun and scary!  It is very creepy especially when you have all the lights off all sudden you hear a chainsaw and a guy coming up behind you then you take those last heart pumping moments and shoot him.  I think they accomplish what they wanted to do with the gameplay.

All in all the game is great. There are almost zero to no flaws with it and it's good sometimes to see a horror game have a little humor in it. Which has always been Resident evil's strong point.  anyways what are you still reading this go and experience the great game known as resident evil 4 you will not be dispointed. Oh BTW also the game has quite bit of content if you care to play a the game again which has some replay value. Ok, ok I will stop.
