Nintendo Wii - Rayman Raving Rabbids — 

This game is so crazy it is hillarious!  Lots of absurd mini games, from throwing cows to shooting rabbits with plungers to slamming outhouse doors on pooping rabbits.  Parts are a little gross, but overall it is very fun and will keep you lauging.  Some games are pretty easy while others are much more challenging.
