Nintendo Wii - Guitar Hero III Review

I recently became addicted to the Guitar Hero video game so I purchase Guitar Hero III for our Nintendo Wii.  I was impressed with the song selection, and I was lucky to find a used copy of it for us at our local video game store.  This would have to be my second favorite out of all of them because the only reason I like the World Tour game better is because it has twice as many songs as any other addition.

The song selection is excellent on Guitar Hero III.  They have quite a few classic songs, as well as a bunch of challenging songs.  This is definately a game for families, as there are several levels of difficulty to choose from, so everyone can play.  My three year old even understands the concept of the game and loves to play along, and my one year stares and dances to the music.

You can play alone or use the multiplayer mode to compete against someone else.  My husband and I love to play against each other to see who is better.  I have a lot more time on my hands to play, so I tend to win which I like that.  This is one of those video games that you could play for hours if you had the opportunity to.

Guitar Hero III has a couple of songs by Guns N Roses, which i used to love so that is why I think I like this addition a lot. This is also a great game for a party, and a great way to get everyone involved in something.  If you are looking for an all round fun game, Guitar Hero is the way to go.  It can be a little pricey, but you will definately get your money's worth.
