    fun!, adds variety to the workout, Doesn't feel like exercise, can actually work your muscels, You can compete with others, encouraging trainers

    Too easy to cheat, the only way to lose weight is to use it

Nintendo Wii Fit — 

Wii Fit is a lot of fun!!  This is a great motivator.  There are so many different activities and challenges to get you started and many things unlock with any progress you make.  It is fun to watch you Mii change as the fit gets a better idea of your body size (weight).  As your body changes so does your Mii.  The system keeps track of your body weight and BMI and helps you stay on track.  There are activities like skiing, ski jumping, snowboarding, in addition to the yoga and cardiovascular activites.  The Yoga and strengthening portion has you working with a trainer so they can show you the moves and you can follow along.  They whole family enjoys this and the system will ask about other people who have made a Mii for themselves.  There is one step program that you can unlock which lets you do work out while you watch regular tv.  There are a bunch of activities that you really don't need to do anything and you can still do will on the scoring system, but then who are you really fooling.
