The Wii Fit game is great. It is not meant to replace aerobic/weight training, but does give yousome great balance moves and floor work. It is also a great way of telling if you are overtraining certain parts of your body. I recommend it as a supplement to 3-4 days a week of more intnse work. It is a lot of fun, however and that is great for those who are new to execrcise. It also keeps you moving. I HIGHLY recommend it.
