At-home exercise really is fun after all!

The Wii Fit Fitness Program is a great way to make exercise at home fun. The program includes strength training, aerobics, yoga, and balance, which will inspire people to improve their body and their mind. The program even has a BMI and weight calculator, and can calculate your "Wii Fit Age"  based on your age and results on balance/coordination tests. This program sets realisitic goals--whether it be to lose weight OR gain it--and provides you a time frame that it can be achieved by. The more fitness games you play and the more minutes you bank, more levels become unlocked and new fitness games are opened. Time sure flies when you're exercising with Wii Fit!
