First played the Wii with our grandkids over the summer and fell in love. Been a computer user for decades, and played our games there, never having felt the need for a video console. Now I'm hooked on the Wii, and we're hooking all our friends (multi-generational) on the Wii, as well. We take our controllers with us to friends's houses so we can bowl there, my 60-year-old husband only wanted videogames and gift cards for videogames for Christmas.
I have a chronic pain & fatigue condition called fibromyalgia, and the Wii has been great for getting me some gentle exercise, as well as an opportunity hang out in the evenings actually doing something with hubby, instead of tucking in for the night in front of the TV!
