Nintendo Wii Console —
I was initially skeptical that a gaming system could be truly innovative. Boy, was I wrong. The Wii takes gaming to a whole new level. It is truly interactive. In order to play the games, you have to move - whether its your arm or your whole body. The combination of physical movement and the graphics really make the gaming experience feel immersive. Plus, the games are totally fun. My husband is a serious gamer. My son is a wanna-be gamer, but with the abilities and attention span of primary-schooler. This system satisfies them both. I feel good about letting my son play, because he's up and moving around. Finally, I have to admit that I'm not much into video games, but the Wii is just fun to play.
