Nintendo Wii Console Review

       The wii console is a completely new and exciting idea from nintendo. They've gone in a completely different direction than what we expect. Most teenagers these nowadays spend day after day sitting lazily on the couch playing their Playstation or Xbox, exercising only the muscles in their fingers and hands. The Wii, however, allows you to get up and move around a little more.

       The amazing thing about the wii is that there are no wires connecting you to the system. This means you are free to spin, jump, and swing around as much as you need to in order to play. There is a sensor bar that you can place either below or above your television. On the front of the controller is another senor that 'communicates' with the sensor bar on your tv. It's like one big motion detector that's full of fun.

       The wii comes with a game called 'Wii Sports,' which consists of boxing, golf, bowling, tennis, and baseball. Now this can get very old very quickly so I would suggest getting a few more games to go with it. Because this is a new system, a decent game can cost anywhere from $40-$80. But it's worth it, if you have the money.

       Overall, I would definitley suggest purchasing one of these great systems, as long as you have the funds to buy a game or two.
