Nintendo - Wii Console Review

The Nintendo Wii is a blast! I purchased it as a family gift for Christmas 2008.  I wasn't sure how much we'd use it, but it has turned out to be so much fun. Originally we started out with the Wii Sports that comes with the system, and Wii Play which we purchased as a package with an extra Wii Wireless Remote. We all immediately loved it (husband, myself, teenage daughter). Since then we've added some shooting games (House of the Dead and Deer Drive) and my husband and I are addicted to them. We enjoy shooting zombies on the weekends. We also have Mario Kart which is a ton of fun, and my daughter loves. We also do some golf, and I have the Wii Fit which is a fun way to work in some activity. We aren't typical gamers, we are a little too old to have grown up on home gaming systems, although we did grow up with arcade games. I wasn't sure my husband would even play, he has never played with any of the other systems we had over the years with our son, who is grown now. But Wii is a totally different experience and I would recommend it as a really fun family system.
