it was fun the first time but u have to get used to it! we have family partys and its always the center of attention. with thae bowling tournaments and all the fun at the competitiveness we start!! boxing is a work out ur shoulders get tense and start to burn it was a great way to get the hardcore gamer off the couch and excercise!!!
