Yeah, the legendary Nintendo Entertainment System (or NES for short) had me and tons of other gamers drooling from the mouth back in the 1980's. Of course with it's huge of list of great and engaging games like Super Mario Bros., Legend of Zelda and Bionic Commando it had me hooked to the TV and avoiding my homework. Despite how good the 8-bit NES was back then it was hard not to notice there were plenty of competitors out there like Turbografx-16 and Sega Genesis that looked so much better and Nintendo needed to get up off their butt and do something about it. Back in 1991 Nintendo would finally...

review »Absolutely the greatest gaming console ever made. Oh yes, I went there. I was an 80s child, grew up in front of the original Nintendo with its limited features and highly pixelated characters... and when Super Nintendo came out, I remember thinking, yes! I'm happy to be alive!
Over the years, I've "lost" (read: others took) and re-purchased the console, and it's always been worth it. Granted, I've never spent over $50 for it, but I wouldn't look twice for any price under $100. This console is totally worth it.
You can't beat the classic games of Super Mario Bros., Donkey Kong, and Yoshi's Island....
review »You all played it in your childhood, especially if you are a product of the 1980's just like me. The Nintendo will always reign as one of the greatest entertainment sources of all time. Unlike the newer consoles, the Super Nintendo stays true to it's players. The games are still full of fun, and resemble some of those which you played on their previous system (NES - Nintendo Entertainment System). Some of the funner games include Super Mario Brothers - All Stars, The Animaniacs, and my favorite Diddy Kong Racing. Now a days, you can find similar products such as the Retro Duo or the FC...
review »I have loved this system since it came onto the market. It is a great system and until the wii came out it was the best one that nintendo had made, much better then the gamecube or the n64. It is old school, but the controller was great and the 2d games were the best. A real upgrade over the nes and it held it's own up against the genesis. This was gaming in the 90's at it's best.
I love the Super NES. The graphics were much greater than the NES (although that's a timeless classic as well that I love very much). My favorite thing about this console is the simplicity. The controllers are easy to navigate. My favorite game on this console is definitely Super Mario World. S-NES Rocks!
The sickest games are old school and this one has hundreds of games you'll never get bored of this system. The Super Nintendo was probably one of the best video game systems to appear on shelves of stores. 13 years after its debut it still has what I think some of the best ...
